Proposal
I think I have decided to write my essay about a student who committed suicide this past year. I believe this event has truely changed me as a person. Even though I didnt know him it affected me greatly. It changed the way I look at people, and that I should never judge or shut anyone out just because they dont look like someone I would hangout with. I like to think it brought out the real me, and I learned not to be afraid to step up and say something to someone if I had a problem.

ReplyDeleteI think this topic will work. My only caution to you is to be sure to focus on you. Remember this essay is a narrative. You are telling the story from your perspective and focusing on how it changed you. If you need any help or have questions, feel free to email or come by during my hours!
